James 3:13 – Who is wise and understanding among you?

Praise the Lord         Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom               In an age of celebrity we can mistake wisdom and understanding as dynamic speaking or well packaged products and events. That’s not the way that James sees wisdom. James is always after how our core beliefs show up in our deeds. Is there a humility that marks our life or have we jumped on the bandwagon of self-branding for the sake of promotion? What would people say if they could look past our Facebook image and see our life? This is where God looks and it’s where we need to pay attention as well                           Jeba
