Acts 2:32-33 – God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses

Praise the Lord           God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of the fact. Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear             Peter proclaimed this message at Pentecost: The cross was God’s wrath poured upon Jesus for our sakes. The resurrection was God’s power that has broken the hold of sin and death once and for all. Now the Holy Spirit is released upon all of God’s people so that Jesus can be exalted in us and the Father can be revealed to us. God is actively involved with His creation.
