Psalm 1:1-2 – his delight is in the law of the LORD

Praise the Lord Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night There are many options available to us when it comes to guidance in life. We are surrounded by thoughts or action plans by those who think they can live outside of God. Or one could not engage at all and sit while they hide behind jokes. But the Psalmist gives us the best option – the law of the Lord. A God centered approach to life gives us joy in God’s commands.
