Acts 4:13 – they took note that these men had been with Jesus

Praise the Lord         When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus                The good news about the gospel is that it allows the scholarly and the unschooled to walk together. The main thing that astonished the religious elite of that day was that these men had been with Jesus. All of our studies or activities will be average at best unless there is the scent of God on our lives. The courage that grips the life of a person who communes with their Maker will lift them above their education and social status.
